Longmont Counseling Services & Broomfiled Counseling Services Staff:

Yolanda Cavazos-Pond, MA,CAC III: Yolanda's social and cultural background brings an expertise to the counseling field. She has been involved in the counseling arena since 1988.Yolanda displays professionalism and compassion. Holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in counseling. She is a Certified Addictions Counselor Level III and an approved Domestic Violence treatment provider.

Lynn Braunagel, MSW, CAC III: Lynn has been involved in the therapeutic community since 1985. She is an approved Domestic Violence treatment provider and a Certified Addictions Counselor Level III. She is a helping professional at heart. Holds a Master's in Social Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services.

Lisa Mikesell MSW, CAC III, LCSW: Lisa has been involved in the therapeutic field since 1980. Specializing in the Justice System, Recovery and Early Childhood Development. Her vision is of freedom and of a functional family system which empower the individual towards healthy development. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in English, a Master's Degree and licensure in Clinical Social Work and is a Certified  Addictions Counselor Level III.

Alejandro Perez BA, CAC II:  Alejandro's social and cultural heritage has allowed him to work as a group facilitator and as a certified consultant for nurturing programs. His areas of expertise are prevention, parent education and family intervention. He has a Bachelor's Degree physical Education and Recreational Therapy. He is a Certified Addictions Counselor Level II.

Jeff Price MA, LPC, LAC: Jeff has been working in the addictions field since 1991. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Contemplative Psychotherapy. Jeff brings a unique perspective to his work with his personal experience as a Probation Officer in the past and as a recovering person.  

Edmundo Cavazos MA:  Edmundo brings the expertise of developing a Domestic Violence and Sex Offenders program in the state of Iowa. Has considerable experience in Substance Abuse counseling and Early Intervention of Delinquency prevention. He is in process of acquiring his CAC certification and DV approval in the State of Colorado.

Edith Venegas CAC II:  Edith developed her strengths by assessing clients' progress while they were monitored for sobriety and abstinence from substances. She secured her CAC II certification. She is now is the admissions counselor and facilitates LII education classes in Spanish and English.
